Qatar Geotechnical and Environmental Co. (QGEC) key personnels are:

• Mr. Basim Al Disi - General Manager, QGEC

• Mr. Mohd Assad Ali Khan - Operations Manager, QGEC

• Mr. Kevin Sayers - Managing Director, Geoserve

QGEC is formed until now of around 22 persons (technical and field support staff), and still expanding.

Nevertheless, the resources of TWEI, Geoserve along with QGEC include more than 100 technical and field support staff, who shall be mobilized as needed for the execution of different projects.

A brief introduction of the above mentioned key personnel qualifications and expertise is as follows:

Mr. Shousha'a has more than forty years of experience involving many activities in the Qatari market, from contracting to operations and development. Mr. Shousha'a is also the managing director of Arabian Construction Engineering Co. who owns QGEC.

Mr. Stephens has thirty-nine years of experience involving many phases of consulting engineering for domestic and international assignments projects. He is specialized in geotechnical engineering including the investigation, design, and construction of marine and onshore facilities and land reclamation. Mr. Stephens holds the position of Director of Tolunay-Wong Engineers Inc. practice in environmental engineering and industrial geotechnical engineering.

Mr.Basim has nineteen years experience in the field of Planning, management and supervision of Geotechnical Investigation ,Selection of soil, rock and water samples for different laboratory tests,Analysis of laboratory testing data, calculation of bearing capacity and settlement analysis,Preparation of Interpretive report,Structural failure investigation and preparation of factual reports,Preparation and submission of tenders and quotation for geotechnical investigation and material section,Coordination between field staff, office and client,Marketing strategy development and implementation for business generation,Quality control of field engineers and technicians and Reporting to board of directors.

Mr. Mohd Assad Ali Khan has extensive experience in the coordination and execution of Oil and Gas, infrastructure, building projects. He has thorough knowledge with a proven expertise in Geotechnical Investigations and Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Projects from Tender Phase to Award and Completion. In addition to reporting and analyzing geotechnical data.

Mr. Sayers has around twenty years of experience in the field of geophysical surveys, nine of which were providing his expertise to the oil exploration sector. He has conducted over 175 geophysical turnkey projects.
